Appliance Delivery Driver and Installer
Primary Responsibilities:
Our appliance warehouse is looking for an experienced Appliance Delivery Driver Helper. This individual is responsible for the delivery and installation of home appliances which includes preparing, loading, unloading, installation of major home appliances and maintaining delivery vehicles for operating efficiency. Maintain warehouse and production area keeping safe and supplied by retrieving materials, appliances and supplies.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain delivery vehicle and all warehouse equipment for safe operation and efficiency by inspecting general condition and completing preventative maintenance and/or obtaining or scheduling required repairs
- Accurately load and secure all items in delivery vehicle.
- Deliver items by identifying destinations; establishing route; unloading items and maintaining schedule.
- Comply with local, federal and state electrical and plumbing codes and regulations by enforcing adherence to requirements.
- Maintain electrical and plumbing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipts of supplies.
- Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Serve customers by understanding and resolving or forwarding complaints; adjusting orders.
- Installation of home appliances, including Refrigerators, Washers, Dryers and Ranges
- Plan supply and material requirements by studying production schedule; scheduling deliveries to production area and keeps production area safe and secure.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Must be at least 22 years of age.
- Professional verbal communication and superior customer focus.
- Problem solving and attention to detail.
- Must be able to pass background check & drug screening.

Appliance Consultant
We are seeking customer oriented sales professionals who are looking to excel in a fun and innovative environment!
Primary Responsibilities:
The primary duties of this position are to sell major appliances while providing an excellent customer experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide OUTSTANDING customer service
- Maintain current product knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Help customers make product selections and close transactions
- Document sale by creating or updating customer profile records
- Process payments
- Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to travel to various Puget Sound retail locations including Home Shows, warehouses and off-site sales
- Keep store and work area clean
- Responsible for opening and/or closing
- Ensure banking deposits are made daily
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or the ability to use a hand dolly
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years retail sales experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
- Must be able to work independently without close supervision
- Experience with Tyler system or any other enterprise software system a plus
